Prior to joining FlyHouse, Toby served as Chief Operating Officer at Desert Jet, where he managed the integration and performance of three distinct business units, including charter operations, FBO services, and maintenance repair stations. Earlier in his career, Toby served as Director of Mission Control at JSX, overseeing high-volume charter logistics and contributing to the carrier’s innovative model of regional air travel.

Over the course of his career, John has helped scale businesses from $500 million to $3.5 billion in annual revenue, delivered over $350 million in cost efficiencies, and led major restructurings and growth strategies across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Mike has built an impressive background as a banner-tow pilot and single-pilot freight operator, along with extensive international experience managing Gulfstream G550 aircraft in global operations based in Asia.

His leadership roles include serving as both Chief Pilot and Director of Operations, and he is type rated in the Gulfstream G-IV, G-V (G450/550), and the Global Express. At FlyHouse, Mike is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily flight operations, such as crewing, training, safety, and cultivating a positive company culture. With 35 years of experience in aviation, John has built an impressive career, advancing from structures technician to leadership roles such as Quality Inspector, Project Manager, Regional Manager, Chief Inspector, and, for over 20 years, Director of Maintenance. At FlyHouse, he oversees all aspects of aircraft maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and airworthiness in line with FAA, ARG/US, Wyvern, and IS-BAO standards.

John holds both an Airframe and Powerplant License and an Inspection Authorization License, bringing deep expertise in aircraft maintenance and customer service. James Jones serves as the President of Business Development. With a strong background in aviation and extensive experience in business development, James is recognized for his ability to build long-lasting relationships and apply strategic thinking to drive business expansion.

James began his aviation career after graduating from Penn State University, quickly making an impact as the Vice President of Sales at Jet Access. There, he honed his skills in navigating complex business environments and cultivating strong client connections. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own brokerage, Red Jet, where he demonstrated leadership by growing the business and executing successful strategies for long-term success.

At FlyHouse, James leverages his vast experience and passion for the aviation industry to drive forward-thinking initiatives, improving business processes and strengthening partnerships.

With over 17 years of diverse experience in aviation, Diijon Lyn Shue has built a well-rounded career spanning multiple areas of the industry. Starting in FBO line service, he gained a strong foundation in general aviation, later transitioning to customer service, where he sharpened his skills in client relations. His passion for aviation and leadership guided him into sales and flight operations, where he tackled complex logistical challenges. Now, he leads the FlyHouse Control Center team with a focus on operational efficiency and strategic insight.

Rachel brings a wealth of experience in Human Resource. After relocating to Arizona in 2019, she played a pivotal role at a biotechnology startup focused on developing genomic diagnostic testing for advanced cancer patients. Following the company’s acquisition, Rachel was instrumental in successfully merging company cultures and expanding operations in Phoenix.

Rachel is passionate about helping businesses grow and scale, emphasizing talent development, leadership training, and organizational growth.
