What does this Privacy Statement apply to?

This Privacy Statement applies to FlyHouse’s charter booking and bidding tools and platform, including the associated FlyHouse mobile and desktop applications (the “Apps”), goflyhouse.com and other FlyHouse websites (the “Sites”) and other online tools or interactions (collectively, along with the Apps and Sites, the “Services”) you may have with FlyHouse, including the processing of any messages, files, video or audio recordings, prompts, payments or other information submitted through our Services.

The individual or entity (“User”) that entered into the Terms of Use, and any service-specific terms, such as the Charter Terms and Conditions (together, the “User Agreement”) controls its instance of the Services and any associated User information.

What data do we collect?

FlyHouse collects the following information:

  • Identifiers or Identity Data such as a full name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier (e.g. cookies), date of birth, online identifier Internet Protocol address, passport / ID data (number, expiry, country of issuance, nationality) or other similar identifiers.
  • Contact Data including billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • Commercial Information, including requested price quotes, services purchased or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies, as well as Financial Data (bank account and payment card details) and Transaction Data (details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us).
  • Network Activity Information, including, but not limited to Technical Data (your login data, browser type and version, browsing history, search history, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and Platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Platforms), and information regarding your interaction with our Apps (Usage Data).
  • Geolocation data (country, state or city).
  • Audio (e.g. call records) and Electronic (e.g. email threads) information.
  • Inferences (conclusions) drawn from any of the personal information collected by us, including, but not limited to Profile Data (your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, feedback and survey responses) and Marketing Data (your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our partners and your communication preferences).

Note that we may also collect, utilize, and share Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic insights, for any purpose. Aggregated Data is derived from your personal information but does not directly or indirectly identify you and therefore is not considered personal information under applicable laws. For example, we might aggregate your network activity information to evaluate overall client engagement with specific features of our platform. You directly provide FlyHouse with most of the data we collect. For example, we receive personal information from you when you:

  • Submit passenger details for a charter flight;
  • Enter a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners;

  • Participate in a survey;

Do we share your data with or sell your data to third parties?

FlyHouse does not sell your personal information in exchange for money. With your explicit consent, FlyHouse shares various Identifiers and Network Activity Information with third-party analytics providers—such as Google and Meta—to help us better understand how users engage with our Services. These providers may then use this data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Outside of these limited circumstances, FlyHouse only shares your personal information with third-party service providers for the specific business purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement. These service providers include:
