Your Right to Opt Out

Your right, under California, Virginia, Utah, Colorado, and Connecticut law, to opt out of the sharing of your personal information.

FlyHouse Technology, LLC ("FlyHouse," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and offers you choices about how your personal information is shared. This page explains those choices and how to exercise them.

What this notice covers

FlyHouse does not sell your personal information in exchange for money. With your explicit consent, FlyHouse shares certain identifiers and network activity information with third-party analytics providers — such as Google and Meta — for the purpose of understanding how users engage with our Services. Under the laws of certain U.S. states, this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

This page allows residents of California, Virginia, Utah, Colorado, and Connecticut (and any other state granting equivalent rights) to opt out of such sharing.

Your rights

  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • The right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which it is collected, and the purposes for which it is used.
  • The right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.

How to opt out

You may opt out of the sharing of your personal information by any of the following methods:

  • Cookie preferences — open the cookie settings panel from any FlyHouse page footer and disable "Advertising" cookies.
  • By email — write to privacy@goflyhouse.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Please include the name, email address, and (if applicable) account associated with the request.
  • By mail — FlyHouse, Attn: Privacy Office, 855 Aviation Dr, Camarillo, CA 93010.
  • By phone — 888-FLY-2555.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization signed by you and to verify their own identity directly with us. We may also contact you to confirm that you authorized the agent.

Verification

To process your request, we will verify your identity using information already on file or by asking for additional information that we reasonably require. We will not use information collected for verification for any other purpose. Requests we cannot verify will be denied.

Response time

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, unless we notify you of an extension permitted by law.

Changes to this notice

FlyHouse may update this notice as required by law or as our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
